the_jj_method ️Scapula Mobility ️ I see a lot of office workers in the gym that have really poor mobility through their shoulders and poor posture (tight chest/pec muscles) and weak upper back muscles (rhomboids, scapulae, mid-traps) as well as tight upper traps which lead to a forward lean or slight hunch and not having good shoulder mobility.
