“It was just over a year ago now that, on the recommendation of a friend, I went to Ellerslie Road Denture Clinic, first to get temporary dentures to carry me through the healing process from the extractions, then to get the permanent ones. Throughout the process, Lynn showed herself to be cheerful and welcoming, as well as highly professional, thoroughly competent, and meticulous in all the details that make for a good fit and a successful outcome. On walking through the front door, the patient is typically greeted by Deb, who besides managing the communications, finances, and scheduling details, extends a warm welcome and sets the positive tone for the upcoming procedures.I should also mention that, once or twice, I asked for an appointment at the last minute. They found a way to squeeze me in--that is exceptional service. Getting a well-fitting set of dentures involves a suite of very complex operations. I can’t imagine entrusting the task to better people than those at Ellerslie Road Denture Clinic. I recommend them with no reservations at all.”

“Quality of work is outstanding. We send cast partial frameworks here almost every day and are always impressed with the results. In the extremely rare case that a frame doesn't fit, Ed, Kim, and Balwinder are happy to design a new one at no cost (Just provide a new impression and the old frame). If there are any questions, either of the three will call me to confirm the design. Prices are on the higher end, but if it means I don't have to fight with it in the patient's mouth later, I'm more than happy to spend the extra couple bucks. Turnaround time for chrome frames is 1 week. Pickup and delivery are always prompt. Usually within the hour.”

“Wow! I was not expecting this level of service. I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth and called early in the morning, they were fully booked but called me back a few minutes later advising they could get me in with Dr Raymond Ma. Already from the beginning I was impressed with the phone manner. When I arrived, the ladies at the front were unbelievably nice and super helpful. The hygienist was funny and since I was having an extraction and was nervous, made sure to calm me down. Then Dr.Ma, I've never had such a light hearted dentist. Nothing hurt in the procedure, I started an episode of modern family and didn't even get to finish it because he was so quick. He has a very light hand, I couldn't feel anything and his bedside manner was wonderful. I really loved this place, I wasn't able to get in to see my dentist quick enough with the emergency I had and figured I'd go with Dr.Ma for the extraction and then return to my typical dentist. Instead, I booked an appointment for a cleaning with them and cancelled the one I had booked with my routine Dr. After this service, I want to become a patient of theirs.”
