The shop has a ton of selection and they seem to know their stuff but unfortunately there is very minimal signage in Bowness for their new location and I ended up wasting well over an hour trying to track them down. They are in Bowness now.

I purchased my bikes for my boys here. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were patient and answered all my questions. I love the fact that when you purchase a bike here you get tune ups for life. I plan on buying a bike for myself and my wife here as well sometime this year, hopefully!

The crew at Lifesport are awesome. Always friendly, always helpful and interested in answering questions or helping solve any bike maintenance issues you have. Always feel welcome at this store. Great place for bikes and service and an awesome local business.

Great place. Went in to have my bike looked at, and the shop tech fixed my issue right away for me right on the spot, when everywhere else said 3 weeks. Will defiantly go back again
