I called Kaeli one day in advance and was able to get my CCM mountain bike tuned up within a matter of hours and it is running like new! ? I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a tune up, however, I advise calling in advance (especially if you have a specialty bike, which means specialty tools) to ensure that it can be serviced here.
