hooray! my door arrived today! "ben" delivered it personally, is a manager who had not heard anything about my dilemma, the manager i spoke with when i went in was a different guy. Ben was awesome, professional, and helpful. So I will change my star rating to a three, but prior to Ben's arrival it was only a one. It is sad that i had to resort to writing a bad review, due to the lack of returned calls. ben gets a 5, the rest of you get a one

original story, Went in to the shop looking for professional advice and to order a door for my showroom/storage space. placed the order and was told 6 weeks, okay. end of the 6th week called and was told it would be ready for pick up the following wed. Hired my carpenter to come in with me to pick it up. NO DOOR, sorry new guy on the order desk didn't know it could not be made to those measurements. ME - what it took you 6 weeks to figure this out. after some fluttering flapping and apologizing for lack of training their staff, a poor computer system and lack of follow up on the part of the manager, assured me they would have a door that could be that size the following week, and would deliver. i keep getting this same old ground hog day story every week, we are now at week 9. they have their money, i have no door
