(December 6, 2023, 12:55 am)I called and confirmed a two-day extension with a manager on a paid-for pick up order, but my product had to be fished out of a "refund/restock" pile after about 20 minutes of "this order doesn't exist" confusion. I would have rathered be told no extension was possible.

(January 28, 2019, 3:34 am)Bought two pair of Salomon ski boots, and one pair was really uncomfortable with pressure points. Brody/Rody(?) was extremely pleasant and friendly. He helped me heat mold my ski boots, and made sure I walked out of the store with comfortable ski boots. Very knowledgable and was always happy to help. Will be back to this location for sure, thanks Rody!

We were helped by a very pleasant young man who went out of his way to help us find exactly what my slightly picky daughter wanted. While he may have only been doing his job, he did it with a smile and made my daughter feel very important. Thank you!
