Amy Snook is the best travel agent, that's all I gotta say. She was polite, approachable and it felt like she really wanted to help me while I was scrambling to rebook my flight on short notice after the airline cancelled my flight. She helped me pinpoint what would've taken me a week to figure out in just a few minutes. I'm definitely rebooking with her in the future...
