I helped my father find flooring as he couldn't speak English well. It was very hard to find a company. We had many quotes. In-fact some people did not bother showing up. At the end everything was done as discussed, and dad was very happy.

Olin and his crew did a great job at my townhouse! The work was carried out by experienced professionals who transformed our floors, thus raising my property value. The store had a large verity of laminate and hardwood to choose from.

I'm very pleased with the overall experience.Olin's quote was the most competitive among three others. I would gladly recommend him to my friends and family

We shopped around a bit before scheduling our flooring project for our townhome a month in advance. Olin was very prompt in scheduling me for a quote, and gave me a rough estimate before he left. He was very patient in waiting for us to come to a conclusion on picking what floor we wanted. We waited several weeks, and then Stan came to deliver the materials the week before our project would commence. Upon the delivery, I was notified that due to other scheduling conflicts that came up AFTER I had scheduled our job that they probably wouldn't start on Monday like agreed, but instead on Tuesday. I was very put off by this due to the fact that our project was scheduled well in advance, and I was told it wouldn't be a problem starting on the date I had mentioned, and getting it done within that week. I get that in this line of work timelines get messed up due to unforeseeable circumstances...but if you know you've already scheduled one time, wouldn't it make sense to put some padding around that date to ensure you keep your word to start on the agreed date? Just a thought.
The demo included carpet removal, laminate removal, and tile removal in 3 areas. The demo went smoothly, but the tile removal was by far the hardest part. The clean up after demo was just alright. We had the baseboards removed, and reinstalled; only one baseboard was damaged in this process, and Stan came by to install a new baseboard and fixed the drywall where excessive force was needed to get the baseboards off.
The installation went fairly smoothly. The upstairs area was done quickly, and we only have one hiccup that needs to be fixed. The downstairs was also done quickly. The stairs took sometime, longer than it should have in my opinion due to a lack of work. Not to mention me seeing a plume of smoke billowing from where my stair flooring was being cut--it was learned that cutting five pieces of laminate at once is not appreciated by the customer, especially when it creates a ton of smoke. I talked to Stan about my concerns that evening, and they were addressed by the next morning, to which I got an apology from the worker. On the second day of doing the stairs, they were ready to be glued(stairs are cement).
The work was completed by the Saturday afternoon, so they would have finished on time had they kept the schedule.

With my griping you may wonder why would I give 5 stars. Because I am a woman...a woman that never forgets things that make her upset or mad. But do those things REALLY matter? Only to an extent. I wrote my problems in my review so that you know what to expect; I sure know had I known these things, I wouldn't have been so scorned about them when they happened. The bottom line: The floors are AMAZING, the workers were very responsible and respectful, and all of them(Olin, Stan, and crew) managed to put up with me being a control freak perfectionist without any hesitation. And to this day, I have called Stan for some minor issues we find as we are living with the floors, and he is always willing to come take a look and fix it.

Hire Olin, Stan, and their crew, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Pricing was fair and somewhat flexible.

Olin and Stan are great at what they do, knowledgeable and friendly. The floors were done quickly and look amazing!! We looked around before deciding to go with these guys but in the end they had the best quality floors for the best price!

Recently had CMO install new laminate flooring in our townhouse. The floor looks great, their prices are very reasonable, and they were very professional to deal with. Will be recommending this company to anyone who needs flooring!!
