(January 21, 2019, 7:20 pm)Had to renew passport with old expired one in hand went in with no appointment at 2:00 pm on a Friday. The woman at the counter was exceptional. Even with the busy counter she was able to juggle it! Then another worker returned from break to take care of a 2 pm appointment passport for a family of 4. I was photographed and finished paper work returning to line and was out the door by 2:25 pm. Would drive the extra miles for the polite exceptional service. Thank you Richmond post office ladies. You rock.

It’s been 4 months still no package??? I reopened my claim weeks ago and nobody has contacted me in any way shape or form! I still have not received my package!!!
The reason I gave any stars at all is because my delivery lady is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond and we really appreciate her! So five stars for her! -
