(January 12, 2022, 3:56 pm)Building management is amazing, they keep the building clean and everything is fixed in a timely manner. Very friendly and respectful staff. Balcony has really nice view of the bedford basin.

All apartments have both cool ocean view and nice green view.
Even have a indoor pool in the building. :)
Such a cozy and perfect place to call as my home. -

(March 28, 2018, 9:21 pm)This was a great first apartment. The supers were awesome, the units were nice (they aren't modern, but still not overly old), the security guards were always good for conversations, and the pool was a welcomed amenity :)
