The Charles, It is a wonderful place to live. It's new, so everything is very clean including all kitchen appliances. Beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, perfect indoor parking lot and sports facilities, very fast maintenance and friendly staff. Especially Tracy, the building manager here is very kind and the speed of work is the fastest in the universe. She is always energetic and really warm to tenants. When renewing a contract, it is handled very reasonably. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent Customer Service. Quick to help, and figure out the needs of the client. Either be over the phone or in person, highly appreciated communication and helping attitude. As far as I have come across, the best apartment rental service!
