“Amazing selection of ice cream and goodies. Main compliment and reason for this review is my husband got oil on his dress shirt at dinner and we went looking for a “Tide Pen”. They didn’t sell any at the store but had dish soap. We took the dish soap to the cashier to ask the price and told her what happened. She said she might have a tide pen in her purse. She pulled it out and offered it to my husband not only to use but told him to keep it! He felt so grateful. She was so kind to a complete stranger. Thank you so much! The picture shows him trying to remove the stain haha”

“Frequent customer of Bomb Bish since the beginning. The treats are always fantastic and then I became a fan of Eggs Benedict. As all the seasonal shops closed up Bomb Bish took on Eggs Benedict and I am super super happy. Koreen and staff listens to their customers feedback and continues to try and improve and bring the best forward and for that I give full marks. The business is super community oriented, the staff is friendly and am happy to have Bomb Bish as an establishment to choose from. 100% full marks!!”

“We had a very nice lunch here. The food tasted amazing and the staff were very friendly! They had a kids menu with crayons and good variety (10$ including dessert). So many cake desserts to choose from; I would recommend lemon cake! Wonderful seafood chowder and fish and chips. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place :)”

“I had a take out order and it was delicious even having to sit in the container for the 20 minute drive home. The take out food container was efficient at keeping the food warm. The serving size was large and I easily made it into two meals. I had the weekend special and it’s a very good bang for your buck deal! Obviously dining in and eating the food as soon as it is served is the way to go for optimal quality however this meal came in pretty close to the dine in experience. I will be ordering again in the near future.”

“Every year I get my chicks from here. They are the closest to Digby. They always provide decent quality meat kings that are healthy with very little die off rate. They also have every sort of item you might want for your chicken needs. I drive about an hour to get here and don’t mind it one bit!”

“Good restaurant with a splendid window view to a cliff across the water. The interior decor was lovely and perfect for a date night setting. The lobster was finger licking good. I spent a good 30 min dissecting it and enjoyed every last bit of it. Take note this is one of the more popular restaurants in the area, definitely recommend having a reservation for this place”

“Food was great! Service quick. The place has a bit of a plaza/doctor's office feel with their t bar ceiling. Nice and clean. Very popular with the locals. This location is accessible. Parking available on the street and in public lots. Some shops near by. We enjoyed a ham and Swiss sandwich, the turkey vegetable, carrot cake, a latte and a caramel apple latte. All delicious!”

Very neat historical items, records of the area, and a gift shop, ice cream barn and gazebo. A great place to spend some time.”

“Great little place, always busy when we went but the staff deals with orders quickly and efficiently. Very little wait time from being eated to being served. We enjoyed the seafood platter so much we went back the next evening for chowder, lobster sandwich and pan fried haddock. If you're tired of fries, ask for mashed.”

“On our first approach to the hotel, we were astonished by how beautiful the grounds and hotel appeared. The lobby and other common areas are gorgeous and straight out of a fairy tale. The guest service was very friendly and helpful as we checked in. However, as soon as we got to our room, the illusion faded. The room severely needed an update as the windows had cracks and were single paned, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was severely outdated, and our room was the only one that overlooked a rooftop. As we went swimming, the pool looks like it would have been luxurious in the seventies but now, the paint is peeling all along the pool sides. At least the shower water was hot. The food in the restaurant and with room service was fabulous. As for the location, the hotel is located outside of Digby and had no known shuttle service so without a car, you are stuck without services unless you order a taxi.”
