Picked up 2 pounds of Pioppino mushrooms grown on their farm.
Super clean fresh and delicious. Cooked up about a pound in a pasta dish froze half a pound and dried another half. Already had some of the dried in a Katsuo Udon soup and it was great. Looking forward to getting another batch soon.
