“AMAZING. Such a great experience! My skin felt amazing after, staff made me feel comfortable, explained the whole process step by step. This was the ultimate pampering and I loved that they made recommendations that were client centred- for example they didn't recommend I come at a ridiculous frequency- they said for clients with more ongoing skin issues to come every 4-6 weeks but for me to come when I like as I have no active issues. I loved that honest advice, I didn't feel like they were pushing products or services, but will definitely be returning soon!”

“I cute store that fills a a gap in Kingston. They offer stationary, practical supplies (like umbrellas and lunch boxes), as well as gifts (such as stuffed animals, snacks, cute lamps, pins, and art kits). Overall a great place with ever changing supply. The sale section offers reasonably priced items. The staff is very nice and seems very happy to be working there. Overall a perfect contribution to Kingston.”

“I often shop at this location and always have a good experience. I recently had an issue with a pair of leggings I got as a gift and they exchanged them without any hassle. I wasn’t sure if it would be an issue as I didn’t have the receipt, but it was easy and they were super helpful. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they also offer free hemming!”

“I'm a long time customer of Heel Boy in their various locations and online. They always have great selection and their staff are amazing. This spring I purchased a pair of shoes for vacaton. It turned out the shoes had a manufacturer defect and broke. The Kingston location quickly responded and couriored me a new pair, right on time for vacaton. No fuss. Highly recommend Heel Boy!”

“4.5. Great coffee spot with lots of options for drinks and baked goodies and a really cute back patio. I got the “aunt hazel” which is a hazelnut latte which was great! The only draw back is they didn’t have regular milk (only whole milk) no skim or 2%. Next time I would try the chai. Also ordered the lemon drop which is lemonade and a shot of espresso- sounds weird, is in fact, delicious. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you’re getting a regular latter- get a double shot.”

“I really like this store. The staff were kind and friendly. They asked if I needed help periodically. Wide selection of both gear and apparel. They carry the higher end to high end brands. Be prepared to spend your money if you come. But you can be assured that you're going to be buying a good high-quality product! Excellent store! It just because my new favorite store in Kingston!”

“As a former employee I would like to say the people who work at James Reid are wonderful caring people who always put the client first. The quality of the products sold is far better than what you can get at any big box furniture store and maybe some other “high end” ones too. If you don’t see what you are looking for tell them what it is you want and I am quite sure they will find you the item from any one of their quality suppliers. I may not work there anymore but I certainly shop there for my furniture and accessories.”

“I recently received a newborn gift package from a friend from Hip Kids and I was so excited! It was exactly my aesthetic and style. My nursery and personal style is very neutral and not gender specific and everything that was in the box matched that perfectly. They are one of a kind gifts that are made locally and with love. Pictured are just a few items I got in the box - a beautiful reversible quilt/blanket, a swaddle blanket (sunrise over mountains image), macrame stroller toy and a beautiful pair of handmade moccasins. Not pictured is Ronda the Radish - a teethed for newborns! Such great quality and you would never find these items anywhere else! So excited to put these items to use when our baby girl gets here. She will be giving the ultimate boho vibes.”

“Excellent place, would definitely recommend it! Went here on a whim to check out men’s wedding bands and ended up getting both our bands here. They were both custom rings - his turned out perfect, it’s so stunning and flashy, just like he wanted. Mine ended up not being exactly what I had pictured but the owner was so kind and willing to work with me to figure out what I did want and how they could make it work. They were very accommodating and helpful. Picked up my band today after they made some adjustments and it was exactly what I had pictured and so beautiful. I’m so happy with it and am so grateful that they were willing to put in the work to ensure we left with what we wanted. Thank you so much staff at TresOrs!”

They were possibly the most courteous, welcoming, and friendly store clerks I have ever met in any Kingston business. These two young women deserve a raise and a promotion! “John has saved my hair. I’ve been seeing him for almost three years now. He’s pulled off everything I have ever asked for and more. He’s guided me to transform my hair and my look more than once. He truly knows what he’s doing with those scissors this will be the best cut you’ve ever had!! Most recently I signed up to do Pilates at GBC and it’s week three and I already feel like I’m implementing some of the best changes I’ve made! The instructors are so knowledgeable, John is so accommodating and the program is perfect for any level of physique! My boyfriend started coming with me and he even loves it! It’s super intimate with three reformers so you really feel like you’re taken care of in such a personal level”
