Don't pass this stop when you are in North Frontenac!
The Alpacas are adorable, of course, and the shop has a great variety of items to choose from... alpaca wool is so soft and warm! Our hosts, were wonderful and inviting, giving us a tour of the barn!
We stayed the night in the Cedar House, a cottage on the farm. Nice country style kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedroom and simply cozy! We bbq'd some steaks, when to the dark sky after the clouds cleared and when we came back, slept sooo peacefully in the king size bed with alpaca duvets!
Next day we were taken out to the private lake on the gator, as the 'road' was still too muddy in areas to traverse without knee high boots! What a view - we would have stayed all day but we had to keep moving on!
We fell in love with these location and area, so we are definitely coming back!
