The staff at this treasure shop are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. Just love the wonderful finds ,jus never know what this hidden gem of a shop has to offer.

Weird hours of operation.... I am just baffled by the store hours I can never seem to go shopping there because the place is rarely ever open. I caught it once and was happy with the shop but if it had better hours I’d be there more frequently. Instead I end up in Collingwood as usual. Thrifting you have to be able to check out frequently to find gems that’s the whole point

I cant say anything bad about this place. Always a great find to be had and the ladys that run it are just simply Beautiful people.

I had donated many things to the BVO and finally entered the store a month ago. So impressive! Pleasant staff, incredible prices for the quality of clothes and goods, but especially clothes! It is better than Salvation Army and other second hand establishments!
