Dr. Lee is phenomenal! She’s earned my trust and business for years to come. I had an eye exam done by another clinic 4 weeks ago but they didn’t have any frames I liked so I ordered off clearly. The prescription came back blurry so I decided it was time to see a professional. I walked by this place one day and decided to come back to see their frame selections. Dr. Lee was personable and gave not only valuable opinions on style but advice on the health of my eyes. I work in front of a computer all day so she showed me demonstrations on what blue light protection does. After further discussion she wanted the best for me and decided to do an eye exam without charging me. Turns out the first clinic I went to gave me the completely wrong prescription! I highly recommend Dr. Lee, she’s brilliant and makes you feel comfortable. She knows what she’s doing and educates her clients on better health for your eyes. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

My prescription glasses dropped to the bottom of Georgian bay this summer when I fell off a SUP. I was pretty desperate when I walked into Eyefocus, first impression was the store looked very modern and they have very fashionable eyewear on shelves. I met with Dr. Karen Lee and she was professional and friendly, I can tell she's passionate about what she does by the photos of the various volunteer missions she's participated in for eye health. It's always inspiring to see people who give back to the community and I learned that she is also a native of Burlington. Being a health professional myself I was curious about the difference between a US and a Canadian trained optometrist, we spent quite a bit of time on this topic as she's US trained and from speaking with her I realized US trained are far more experienced especially with prescription meds.

It's not often to meet a doctor who spends time talking to their patients, and she's a great addition to the community.
