  Here's everything you need to know about Kelly: I called for some info about my existing policy (how many years we've been insured). Kelly herself answered, and said "call back in 20 minutes and talk to _____." Right...because the agent who owns the business can't look that up. In 20 years or so, I've always found Kelly to be stuck up and standoffish. I really think that clients are just numbers to her, and that she feels entitles to our business.
  
  Meanwhile, her staff are fantastic - human beings with a sense of humour and who give great service. So if you want to use this office, just ask for a transfer to Julie if Kelly answers the phone.
