Before they arrived, someone with a truck helped in pulling me out and called to explain to the team. Mikes team were so kind enough not to charge me! They certainly are the best character wise while providing a great service to customers.

(February 25, 2023, 9:29 am)I manged to get a cube van stuck in a ditch at the side of our country road. Rather late on a Friday night. Not only a friendly response from this company, but a willing adjustment in their schedule to get to me quickly - just 15 minutes! Efficient, friendly, and a reasonable charge. While I hope I don't get stuck again, I would call Mike's first and recommend this towing company without reservation! John
