They have made banking a great experience for myself, my family and anyone I have recommended. Every staff member has always been extremely great to deal with, but three particular individuals Karen, Sandra and Patricia have been exceptional.

(June 13, 2018, 8:21 pm)They need to have better informed staff members. It doesn't take much for Head Office to send out a Memo telling everyone what's currently running in there commercials! Saying "Sorry, I don't watch T.V." doesn't help me find anything!! If your going to suggest a Fathers Day gift make sure the staff knows what it is!! Thanks to Lady who actually knew her job and what was going on for helping me out in the end!! Also NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE LOOKS WE GOT FROM SOME OF THE STAFF EITHER!!!! ('Ć My sister has Downs Syndrome and I now walk with a cane from a car accident)
