Chris from Murray Peters Electric is incredible! During the ice storm we had, the power lines were ripped from my home leaving me without power for over thirteen hours. When Alectra finally arrived, I was told I needed to hire an electrician to install the part that was ripped from my home followed by an ESA approval before Alectra could provide any assistance. Being a first time client, I called Murray Peters Electric and spoke with Chris around ten on a Sunday night; within twenty minutes he was at my home. Chris picked up the appropriate parts from his shop and worked in the dark/icy rain until the issue was resolved. As a results of his hard work, my house passed the ESA inspection and Alectra was able to restore power to my home, giving much hope after a very long day. I’m truly grateful for Chris’ professionalism, kindness and willingness to help when no one else would. Thank you!!
