I am a regular at Inspired Wellness with Yoga classes taught by Corrina. I love the atmosphere and native wall art and her classes are varied nicely with different moves each class and great music to offer flow.
The studio is spacious with a glowing fireplace, chandeliers and warm decor. It is very clean.
I recently enjoyed a Reflexology treatment with Corrina. This was my first time having this style of treatment. Corrina did an incredible service. Heated bed with cozy blankets and pillows. She instructed me that I might like to take a rest at home after my treatment and I can tell you that I slept right through the night that night for the first time in many years. It was a very thorough treatment and extremely relaxing. I highly recommend her in both yoga and reflexology.
