  With the exception of the occasional associate who lacks to necessary customer service demeanour, the Staples Sarnia store is well-staffed with a helpful Sales Team who are always ready and eager to serve and answer my questions; plus the store always manages to have what I am looking for so I never leave disappointed or empty-handed.

  Print centre is amazing! Young gentleman working there today (Sat Jan 5 2019 at 2:48pm) handled my printing request like a true professional. He went above and beyond to get it right. It is so refreshing to meet young people who really know what they are doing, can problem-solve when things don't go right without getting frazzled and I still walked out (same visit) with exactly what I wanted ... and more. Thank you.

  The printing service agent was second to none! Very helpful, courteous, professional and efficient at his job. It showed that both he and the service manager wanted the best for my needs for my little business adventure and encouraged me for my success.

  I like this place. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. They make it "easy" . I suspect they are under inet sales pressure, but they work hard to add value to the in-store experience

  STAPLES - what a great store. Lynn (the mgr), Adam (tech guy), Christine (supervisor), Al (copy centre go to guy) are a great team. I shop here for everything I can & only go elsewhere when I have to. 5 stars!!
