(May 11, 2019, 2:59 am)Our home has wiser door knobs and 3 of them the springs broke. I when in looking for replacement door knobs (I wasn't sure they make them any more) and Rona was my 3rd store but the staff helped me get 3 new ones under warranty. They didn't have mine in stock so they called their supplier and in 4 days they showed up at my house! I would shop here and ask my family and friends to shop here due to excellent customer service! I have been to other stores (not to name) in Strathroy and London and all they did was give me a number to call that didn't work or I felt I had to jump through hoops.Thanks again for your help!

I needed some advice on how to build framing around door trim.
Jeff was very accommodating and extremely courteous.
It’s been one successful project after onther, from basement renovation to backyard fencing.

This rona Location needs to know about the great employees they have at this Location.
They truely are Great service and Jeff should be a manager at this store .
We go to this store beacouse of the great service feom Jeff and His Crew.
