I took advantage of LFA’s 6 week program and I feel amazing! The staff are genuinely kind, incredibly helpful and SO knowledgeable. It is obvious upon setting foot into the space that they are serious about the health and wellness of our community - we are so lucky to have them in town!

LFA is a wonderful new gym in Lucan! The space has all the necessities, is well laid out, CLEAN, and the staff are friendly. The head coach, Mike, is so personable...he knows everyone by name and is always there and willing to give fitness advice or training tips. It is an enjoyable space to workout!

As someone completely new to fitness, this has been an incredible gym to be part of. I always feel supported- and instructors are happy to modify for me during classes to make sure they're accessible and engaging. I never thought I could feel totally welcome and accepted in a fitness space before attending this gym.

Love this fitness centre! Inclusive of all ability levels. Trainer Mike really drives me to push my limits. The group class workouts are different every night, leaving me exhausted, but feeling good about myself.

What a great benefit to the community! The trainers are experts who really take the time to get to know and understand your goals….not to mention they always great you with a big smile and welcoming hello. This is the place to go, they offer gym access, group classes, personal training along with specialty programs, like nutrition. Perfect for everyone regardless of your fitness level.
