(February 16, 2021, 6:36 pm)We had just recently used Hometown for maintenance on our fireplaces, and needed them urgently this morning when our furnace stopped working. Of course during frigid cold and after a snowstorm last night! They were able to get a technician to us within an hour! We were lucky it was a simple fix and Doug had us up and running within an hour! Doug is very knowledgeable and is more than willing to explain to us what and why this happened.
