As a non profit volunteer, Tim and his staff go the extra mile for our charity. Sometimes the small town service is just what you need. Face it, guitars aren't cheap, and when you spend your hard earned money its nice to find a music store that understands that.
They get what we do, and have won my personal business and referrals on top of it. Go there and find out for yourself. Sometimes the extra drive is worth it!

We had a fantastic experience at Musik Express this week. My husband and I drove over from Kemptville to consign a high-end guitar. The customer service was friendly and efficient. The store was bright, clean, and well stocked with all sorts of great items — and a beautiful roster of Gretsch Guitars to drool over. Our consigned instrument sold THE SAME DAY!!! This is due, I believe, to the extensive network of musicians and music appreciators with whom the store's owners are connected. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back both to shop for instruments and to consign other instruments in the future. :D Great shop!
