Been here a few times and the manager is very helpful but the cashier's not so much

Surprisingly the service was great. The store is usually empty and the staff is nowhere to be found but when looking for help in my recent visit I was approached by a salesperson who was very helpful and really went above and beyond to assist me. He even sampled his own product to demonstrate and to answer my question. Very good expierience this time.
