(December 22, 2018, 2:17 am)Had a really positive experience at the store. Brought in a pair of technical pants (sporting pants made from complex fabrics with internal gaiters and other features) to be shortened. Not a simple job as the shortening was not at the hem (that would have damaged the pants) but in the middle. Once I explained what I was trying to achieve, the seamstress came up with a better way of doing it; and the work was done in 3 days at X-mas time. Work looks good. Looking forward to trying out the pants!
