When I had asked for any suggestions about transporting a 2 tier, Erin had taken the time to thoroughly answer the email. At pick up, it was carefully covered in a box. The cake itself was beautiful! You can tell it was done with so much care and accuracy. It exceeded any expectations I had. The cake was very moist and the flavours we had chosen were obvious and delicious and not too sweet! Just right. The buttercream between the layers was just enough to complement the cake. MINI COOKIES These were a hit at the party. A hit. Need I say more?
