This bed and breakfast is clean, well kept, resonably priced and very well located. It is only a short car ride away from the falls. You could Very well walk there. The place could use a bit of updating inside but for the price you pay, it is more than fine. Tge only thing I think is necessary to change is the name of the establishment. The breakfast is not included.

Clean, well-located, and lots of nice courtesies (free bottles of water, juice, variety of kcups, snacks). Beautiful view of the falls from the lovely garden or front porch. Will definitely be back!

Had a delicious home cooked breakfast at Rivers Edge: super attentive service and the food was great!

Overall stay was ok. The food at the dine inn beside the hotel is amazing. Havent had good breakfast like that in a long time.
