Nancy is an extraordinary individual. She is incredibly, smart, intuitive and knows how to get people motivated and moving in the right direction...with purpose. Most of the work I have done with Nancy has involved charitable initiatives, where her systems and organized approach ensure a positive and successful outcome every time. On a professional level, I asked for some guidance from Nancy to help me in balancing my work and personal life. I can honestly say, that after a few very enjoyable conversations with take away assignments that she gave me, my efficiency, effectiveness and happiness have been improved significantly. Nancy is an incredibly engaging facilitator and leadership coach. She absolutely inspired me in the time I spent with her, participating in a corporate leadership program. She brought the program to life by sharing her own personal experiences and truly connecting with every participant. Nancy is especially skilled at drawing in those who struggle with the course material and concepts. She handled a demanding schedule and course material with grace, humour and great attention to pace and timing. I can't imagine anyone facilitating the program with as much passion, warmth and skill as Nancy!

I have worked with Nancy both as an Internal Communications Facilitator for my team as well as a personal executive coach. Nancy is a true expert in working with teams who have a wide variety of experience and background. She customizes her work to fit the needs of the group and is attentive and energetic in her sessions. She is approachable and easy to open up to. She worked with our team to create stronger internal communication and provided great theory as well as guidelines to use on a daily basis. Very practical. I had the opportunity to work with Nancy over 8 months during Stantec's Emerging Leaders Program. Nancy is an exciting facilitator and has the ability to connect quickly with a variety of personalities. She captures the interest of her audience with her exuberant personality but more importantly, the substance of her message. Nancy provided coaching, leadership and facilitation to our group on a wide variety of topics. She brought compassion, focus and fun to each session. My company hired Nancy to improve business communication skills within the office for added productivity. I was pretty skeptical at first thinking her introduction reminded me of a sesame street episode, but a few weeks later I have been amazed at the amount of content our office has retained and and utilize now on a daily basis!
