Flair Airlines

We flew from Vancouver to Toronto for the first time on Flair a few weeks ago. I was really nervous because I had read some negative reviews but Flair was the only airline that fitted our itinerary. Andy at check-in in Vancouver allayed my fears with outstanding customer service. He was so helpful.
We were traveling with a person with an intellectual disability which had largely been ignored by other airlines. However on Flair, as soon as we boarded Shayne, the senior flight attendant made us feel so welcome and supported. She made my son feel special. Later in the flight, she came to check on us to make sure we were OK and also gave us lots of tips about what to see and do in Ontario and Quebec. She was outstanding. I would fly Flair again in a heartbeat.

Bought a round trip ticket . First one was delayed for five hours but gave me ahead of time notice so I can stay home and wait. Returning flight was amazing, depart on time and arrive early. Smooth flight too
