(April 8, 2019, 7:07 pm)Naz provides a very welcoming environment. I instantly felt comfortable in both her mindfulness circle and yoga classes! I felt peaceful and calm when I left. Naz is a bright light on the darkest of days...thank you for your positive spirit!

(January 30, 2017, 12:20 pm)Nazanin's pilates and yoga classes are wonderful. She really knows what she's doing in both disciplines and she's an excellent teacher. Definitely worth trying some classes! We're lucky to have her in Mount Albert!
