Very professional trainer able to motavate clients and help them with their fitness goals.

My two sons (13 and 11) and myself had the pleasure of being trained by Freya. She came directly to our home and was able to show us how to use our own equipment in our own environment. Freya has an uncanny ability to read her clients' abilities, physical needs and even the emotions related to physical health. My boys learned the basics of working out that will help them in all of their future sports endeavors and gave me the energy and strength I needed to keep up with them!
