  I've been working out here for three months now and I'm happy to have found the cure for my workout fatigue! When I found Mike and the BBA I had been doing Crossfit for years but had been recently plagued by lack of motivation and minor nagging injuries. Mike is so invested in his athletes, he knows what you're working on, what your strengths and weaknesses are and what (if any) injuries to work around. You really feel like you're part of the community. Love this place!

  Amazing atmosphere. Very clean, equipment is in great condition and everyone is friendly. The Coaches are very thorough and attentive and actually seem interested in seeing the athletes progress toward their goals. The schedule is very robust with many opportunities from morning to night to get in for a good sweat session. This facility holds a variety of charitable events as well that are well planned and successful. Always happy to attend.
  Programming is flexible and offers a wide range of different movements and intensity levels.
  The coffee is great too! :-)

  Community, coffee, and killer workouts! A fantastic place for all fitness levels. Mike and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and really care about their athletes. Working out is now a daily part of my routine. Wellness at its best! You will not regret joining.

  Voted the best gym in Barrie and definitely well deserved! You will not find a gym that has a better community feel to it. The coaches are incredible and look out for all their athletes. Always pushing us to do our absolute best but also know our limitations. Would highly recommend becoming a member.
