A few months later, I developed a sore spot in my foot, unrelated to the orthotics. After some physio work, Courtney gave me additional suggestions for exercises and adjusted the orthotics to support this new condition. When I wear the orthotics, there's no pain! “Second time ordering from Lens360. First time was great, not so much the second time. They sent the wrong prescription. Contacted Lens360, they replied with return instructions. Before they shipped the correct order I needed to return the incorrect order first. I didn’t have a printer to print the return form and I had to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer. Afterwards I got the shipping back as credit towards a next purchase not a credit towards my order. Nothing for the inconvenience…”

He patiently demonstrates and then reviews, whenever necessary, the stretches and exercises needed. I was not keen to try physio but now I look forward to going and to getting better. Erin (massage) provides a very firm and therapeutic massage. I can be a wimp and she will ease up if I ask but she is very good at loosening my muscles and relieving my knots.”
