I come in, and start looking and I'm told to follow the arrows (ok yes but there is a gentler way to say it), and he never comes to see if I need help when there are only two of us in the place. He goes to the other client who tells him that the boot is too tight for her and all he says to her is: these things happen. Without offering anything else that might suit him. The client left on this beautiful word and me too.

Also, the music played here is very good.
