I had a mostly good service there, but with a few caveats. The job on my bicycle was pretty good but the tune-up did not fix the "transmission/dérailleur", when switching 3 the 1st chain, the easiest, it is still not perfect. I know my bike is a few years old, but fixing that should not be an issue for professionals.

Also, and this is the main problem to me, I asked for them to install a "reflector" on the back rack. Now I asked them while pointing the place where I wanted to get-it installed and they decided to ignore this and installed it at a location where it was going to be hidden by my bike bags. I got back inside to point out the mistake and they told me they were unable to install-it somewhere else, they needed a special bracket (the guy even pointed at another rack they had in store and told me that's the bracket they needed, though I wonder why they did not call me to tell me they would be unable to install the reflector where I wanted, and also why could they not get a bracket installed that I would have gladly paid, and if all else failed, why put my old and badly installed in the trash whithout asking for permission???).

Otherwise, the job for the flat was well done and the brakes are working flawlessly.

Oh and one other detail: they called me at about 14:45 to leave me a message that my bike was ready. Then another person from the shop called me to tell me my bike was ready, which I spoke to because I was between two clients. Then when I got to the shop, they told me they'd get my bike out while I paid. I paid and when I got back from paying, they said my bike was not ready and they'd do the job right now. Organisation seemed a little off. Then that reflector thing happened.

All in all, service is a bit loose to my taste. The actual servicing of my bike was pretty much good, even though had they been a little crafty, the job on the reflector could have looked like what I did in the picture, insead of installing the reflector under the bike bags...

This place houses many team outfits with logos for the Repentigny sport teams and L'Épiphanie/ L'Assomption. We go there for his hockey stuff but our son is starting soccer and needed to equip himself. The young man in the soccer section was so helpful and knowledgeable, he took his time and pulled out many sizes to try out for shoes and clothing and protective gear. He was very generous with his time and we appreciated it.

I really like to shop at this store! Good price, good service!

It is an amazing store. It has wide range of sports shoes especially for kids which i like. Recommended to everyone.
