Amazing experience with Ateliers Nelson! I called on a Saturday to get my dryer repaired, and they gave me an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician was efficient, and completed the job in around 45 minutes!

They’re also very transparent in their prices (120$ including travel and the first 20 minutes and 7.50$/additional 5 minutes, + material), I highly recommend and would definitely call them again if ever need be.

Highly recommend Nelson! Had a very smooth and quick experience with them. Our dryer was broken, and in two days, they had it working like a charm, and they did so professionally and effectively.

Outstanding professional services. Made an appointment and the person showed up with a mask and even indoor shoes. Worked quickly, was friendly, and even gave me some pointers as I tried to fix it myself before giving up 😅. Reasonable cost and worth every penny. Merci BCP!!!

Ateliers Nelson always provides excellent service. They have most parts on hand, ready to offer technical advice and very pleasant to deal with (even with my broken french). Glad to see the the business has kept the values of pride and integrity the father had started.

Called these guys because they came recommended by Frigo Mobile(excellent by the way) who could not come due to a family emergency. A technician fixed my machine and left without fully testing it charging me 166$. When I tried it the machine leaked. I called them back because they had a 3 months warranty on their work. He fixed the machine which I am happy about but charged me another 68$ for his time. Apparently the warranty only takes into account the charge for making the call. I will not be calling them again.
