(May 26, 2017, 2:00 pm)Professional as always. I've dealt with Orkin before when I lived in another city and they did a great job, fully resolving our issue on the first try. Unlike other pest control companies that just send someone to administer a gamut of standard treatments that may or may not really be suitable, the technicians sent by Orkin (last time and this time) both first carefully assessed the property and made detailed recommendations for how to treat specific issue. The technician we saw today was able to make recommendations not just for treatment but also for what we can do to keep the problem from coming back -- simple, inexpensive things like trimming trees and removing specific attractants. I am always impressed by how knowledgable and observant their staff are. It garners a lot of trust that they provide so much information about what they suggest and why.
