Never underestimate the value of the little AAA key fob for your key ring which has your member number on it. After a recent theft AAA was contacted by the police department who found my set of keys, and immediately coordinated a three-way call with me so they could be returned. In sum, AAA has always come through for me when I needed it most.

Oh my! Got my auto insurance through AAA now. Got a discount for being a member. My agent was nice and the process was SUPER quick! Highly recommend!

We frequently contact AAA in Bellingham when making travel plans and always find the staff welcoming and helpful. We have also called when on trips and have always gotten assistance. On one trip we were in New England where it was 7 p.m. We could not find accommodations and called the number on our card. In Bellingham it was still 4 p.m. and the customer service person who took our call found us an outstanding place to stay just 30 minutes from where we were. Recently we needed a rental car and AAA immediately got us a better rate on a better car than any of the supposed "special rates" found online. Although we have rarely needed it, we have always had a good response when requesting emergency road service. We will always maintain our AAA membership. It gives us a wonderful sense of safety when traveling away from home.
