Like that the staff members are very helpful and they'll go above and beyond to get your part. They will answer all your mechanical questions in detail if you aren't certain about.

The service is excellent and they always have what I need at a reasonable price.

Great stores, bad company! Dont ever buy anything like altenators, starters, master/slave cylinders,.... Anything re-man. The qc is horrible. Their computer system is awful too. It took 15 minutes to get a 2.5" exhaust gasket because you need a vehicle to type in the system. Not the staffs fault!

The staff at this parts store are so kind and Knowledgeable : I don’t live in this area and I was up here taking care of my daughters place while she was vacationing . my car broke down and they got me the right parts first time I had a few questions I got the serpentine belt on myself and the car is running again: I don’t know the young mans name that helped me at the counter either day I was there twice / I had to ask more questions :) : The guys that helped me at the counter need raises. If they didn’t know the answe they found someone ! It’s great to see such great customer service ! Nice respectful young men ! I think it’s the town also :) Thank you Ferndale and Orielys !

Always have everything I need cheap, and great , customer service
