“Fast food italian located in the food court at L’Enfant Plaza. Very impressed with the food itself - we went with the stromboli’s (Spinach, and also the bacon, pepperoni), which were crisp on the outside, piping hot on the inside. They also sold pizza there by the slice or by the pie - it looked great. We tried for that around 6P, but were told that they were closed for the evening. Seating in the food court is what it is - be prepared for quite the gaggle and very loud during lunch times but it’s generally clean. Overall, we would try again and it’s definitely a solid hitter in this particular food court.”

“Wonderful experience in our home provided by Chef Felix. An expertly prepared meal for 8, including two delicious appetizers, fresh salad with choices of scratch made dressings, 14 oz. Ribeyes for each, garnished with an incredible mushroom sauce. Sides included garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetable medley. Totally stuffed and so very satisfied, how could we possibly consider desert? Well…. We did. It was a selection of “desert shots” , light and delicious, of which we all enjoyed to the very end. “I simply love this pizza. I ordered the pepperoni with extra red sauce. It is best when you have it when it’s hot. However, it reheats very well in the air fryer. The staff are extremely friendly. I’d recommend requesting a side of the garlic butter sauce. It may come solid but the few seconds in the microwave should work. I don’t mind driving the distance to get it! We had enchilada de mole, 1 taco de barbacoa, chilaquiles verdes con huevo, starter - 3 fried chicken taquitos, 1 guava drink (w mescal), 1 cucumber water, 1 cafe de olla. We took home a delicious flan. The food was delicious. I can’t say much about the ambiance… when we got there it was fairly empty, but was half way full when we left. For us the atmosphere was great. We didn’t have any problems with service or food. The prices seem a bit on the pricy side, but the food is good and made fresh. They are a fairly new restaurant, so maybe they just need to get better providers w better pricing. They are also not a chain restaurant, so happy to support local business. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Ordered a carry-out for one pizza. There was an older gentleman boxing orders up and greeted me. He assisted me with my order. He was very kind and very attentive to my needs, despite there seeming to be a rush of orders coming through the store. He made sure I had everything I needed for a good lunch. I did not catch his name but an overall calming person in the midst of a busy environment. There was another employee at the time: an older lady with glasses making the food. After some time with the older gentleman, the lady started making some snide comments, mostly complaining about order fulfillment times. There was an underlying comment hinting that the older gentleman was the cause of “bad fulfillment times.” The older gentleman did seem to have some sort of physical limitations in terms of fast movement, but his smile and demeanor made up for it 110%. I do not appreciate the bad-mouthing of fellow coworkers, especially in the presence of other people, and especially on a man doing his best. Five stars for the older gentleman”

“Sarah came to my family home for a cooking class. From start to finish her work was exceptional. She came well prepared with everything we needed for the multi-course meal, and then immediately got to work familiarizing herself with the kitchen. The food was amazing and her instruction and teaching method was clear, inclusive, and applicable for future cooking (well beyond the single meal we were cooking). Once the food was prepared, my family sat and enjoyed our meal while Sarah cleaned up and left the kitchen in better condition then when she arrived. Overall, I and my family were incredibly impressed with Sarah, the quality of her food, and the overall experience. We will be recommending Sarah as a private chef (and cooking class for those interested) for many years to come.”

“I came here after sledding with my youth group. Pizza is a little pricey but was good. It was a Wednesday night and we waited a good 15-20 minute for our food. Pizza was fresh and crispy. Not surprised how busy this spot was on a Friday night around 8/9pm with takeouts, dine-ins, and their own delivery service. “Being from SoCal, I was looking for a solid pizza spot while working in the Sacramento area. I found Delish Pizza out in Citrus Heights and saw reviews so we drove out to check it out. It was worth the drive and this pizza joint did not disappoint. They used fresh dough that made for great crust. The toppings were plentiful and had tons of mozzarella, with great marinara sauce base. They treated my buddy and I like family and even threw in some churro bites that were sweet and had lots of cinnamon and came with a white cream cheese icing! Full recommendations for this place and is definitely worth the try. Plus the prices were right! P.s the owner is a fire firefighter by trade”
