Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Had a fantastic experience yesterday. Our waiter Matthew is a rock star. He was kind, fun, and quick on the drink refills (and both the appetizers and entrées came QUICK, too!) Food was fantastic. Final bill was quite reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Had a nice dinner out with my wife lastnight. The food was excellent and prices were amazing. I just have to thank the Manager I believe her name was Crystal. She not only greeted us at the door ????, then sat us very cheerfully, she also brought our meals and was there to refill our drinks when ever they were low. I could see this women literally running ???? around the whole restaurant ???? cleaning tables, making drinks behind the bar, running ???? food. She was none stop. Our server was good as well but maybe have your manager train ???? your staff to along side her. We will be returning again. And the honest to goodness fee was very well explained to us by her and makes complete sense who wouldn't pay a small fee to enjoy food and booze at such a low cost.

Chuck's Roadhouse is a nice addition for Brantford. What you can expect here is decent food at value prices. The food isn't exceptional or mind-blowing, but considering what they charge vs the standard industry, what more do you want from Chuck's? This food chain charges a honest to goodness tax (3%) to your bill and obviously there are some complaints. Before everyone loses their mind over this tax, do the math. A regular burger is $6, or a full rack of ribs is $12. Now, tell me what other dine-in restaurants offer such pricing? Exactly, no where else. Chuck's Roadhouse menu prices are much lower than the competitor and you overall, you spend less even with their honest to goodness tax. Our server was pleasant and attentive. She made sure everything tasted well and checked regularly for drinks and took away empty plates. The only complaints I have are that the chicken wings weren't covered in enough sauce and pitas for the spinach dip were too dry. I do recommend coming in after 9pm for half-price appetizers. Chuck's Roadhouse is a good restaurant to dine in and not break the bank.
