My family and I came here last night for dinner and the food was good. We managed to beat the dinner rush, but the patio was full so we dined inside. My wife had fish and chips and I had the Texican wrap. Both were delicious. They also have a decent selection for a kid's menu. I can see myself coming back again.
Went in for a post-camping double date, Tuesday evening. The place was bustling with people, quality live music, and a swwweeet view of sundown over Lake Huron. Our server Emily was this cool-type-of friendly and attentive from the start. Boyfriend and I had the onion rings (perfect temperature and crunch!) and then 1/2 Tower of Pisa, 1/2 Mediterranean (fresh basil on the first, lots of heartiness to the second). I would work on the decor a little. Thanks, Sola's, for a nice experience!
The view is spectacular, the staff is really friendly, the food is okay but they have really great french fries. The burgers are alright but not made in house, just made to look like they aren't frozen. The chicken fingers are good tossed in some good sauce. My chicken casear wrap was all lettuce with a few smallish chunks of chicken and a sprinkle of bacon bits. The plus is that it's right across the road from the main part of the beach and has a nice patio and live music.
Right on Sauble Beach, people watching wasxamazing from the outside patio. The live music was a delightful treat. The waitress, Celine, was exceptional at her job. All of the waitresses helped clear tables, greet and seat customers, serve food, grab refills etc. Bottom line, on an exceptionally ally busy Sunday afternoon, each and every employee made you feel special. You rarely see that these days. They all deserve a raise.
This is a lovely local restaurant by the beach, with a wonderful view of Lake Huron, at Sauble Beach. They have a fairly good menu with plenty of variety and the pricing is reasonable. There was also really nice live music. Seems to be a Sauble Beach favourite. The view of the shoreline is breathtaking at sunset.
