“Wendy's actually disappointed me today the outside of the building I know there are fish flies this time of year however where I'm from originally is Brampton Ontario and they're out exterior of their building is more maintained than the building in Chatham there it was disgusting a she couldn't eat my food at the restaurant because there are so many fish flies on the window just gross. None of the employees were friendlier anything I had three small children with me and it was just like really cold service no one offered like my daughter made a shell I end up having to clean on my own it's just pretty restaurant horrible service and particularly I've never really felt good about going to this location because of lady named Tanya Rowe that works there is pretty disgusting on the street so I was worried to go because I thought she wasn't kept clean and she worked at Wendy's luckily she wasn't there but nonetheless the building didn't prove me any different food was not that great it was soggy just not good when order through skip the dishes is better than when you go in”

I don't know if this is an honest policy or if she just can't be bothered. What does it hurt not to put tomatoes on something? I see from the reviews she has done this to other customers. Maybe talk to your staff, this could end up in a loss of a lot of business for you.”

“Normally I would give 5 stars, but we made a reservation for 9 people with plenty of notice and ended up waiting over 20-30 minutes for our table when we arrived (Sunday morning brunch). After we were finally seated, the service was wonderful and the food was amazing as always. I wouldn't even have minded having to wait for our table if there were a proper lobby area for us to have waited. We were squished into a small area outside the washroom without enough seats for our entire party. Those of us who were standing had to move every couple of minutes as people came and went from the washroom because we were so crowded that we were blocking the washrooms. And, on top of that, the staff completely ignored us for the entire 20-30 minutes. Nobody came by to let us know the status of the reservation, or offer us coffee.. I've only ever had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, but had this been my first ever experience with them I would never return. Knowing that this was a fluke, I'll go back, but they lose one star in my opinion. Could have been a much worse experience, but also could have been much better.”

“Honestly phenomenal. I am huge on breakfast, as in I could eat it for any meal of the day. Went here on a whim with a girlfriend of mine and was not disappointed. Ordered their special (eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes) and it was absolutely delicious. I love it when a place this small and homey makes me feel like my own Mom was cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely try again!”

“I eat here often, sometimes twice a week for breakfast. Have also had dinner twice. We just moved to Chatham a couple months ago and it's nice to have a 'usual' place with a 'usual' breakfast. I love the server I almost always have. Bobbie Jo is amazing. She remembers my order now and we chat and get along famously. She really cares about her customers and is a wonderful server. Love this place and hope to keep going for many years.”
