“Good food. But when a customer requests something be removed do to allergies you should do so. Your waitress don't even go back to ask. Her answer is always he won't do that. I don't know if this is an honest policy or if she just can't be bothered. What does it hurt not to put tomatoes on something? I see from the reviews she has done this to other customers. Maybe talk to your staff, this could end up in a loss of a lot of business for you.”

“Normally I would give 5 stars, but we made a reservation for 9 people with plenty of notice and ended up waiting over 20-30 minutes for our table when we arrived (Sunday morning brunch). After we were finally seated, the service was wonderful and the food was amazing as always. I wouldn't even have minded having to wait for our table if there were a proper lobby area for us to have waited. We were squished into a small area outside the washroom without enough seats for our entire party. Those of us who were standing had to move every couple of minutes as people came and went from the washroom because we were so crowded that we were blocking the washrooms. And, on top of that, the staff completely ignored us for the entire 20-30 minutes. Nobody came by to let us know the status of the reservation, or offer us coffee.. I've only ever had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, but had this been my first ever experience with them I would never return. Knowing that this was a fluke, I'll go back, but they lose one star in my opinion. Could have been a much worse experience, but also could have been much better.”

“Honestly phenomenal. I am huge on breakfast, as in I could eat it for any meal of the day. Went here on a whim with a girlfriend of mine and was not disappointed. Ordered their special (eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes) and it was absolutely delicious. I love it when a place this small and homey makes me feel like my own Mom was cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely try again!”

Staff was very attentive with our large group. There were extremely patient with the two young children in your group when they were playing. A great dining experience would recommend it to anyone.”

“I eat here often, sometimes twice a week for breakfast. Have also had dinner twice. We just moved to Chatham a couple months ago and it's nice to have a 'usual' place with a 'usual' breakfast. I love the server I almost always have. Bobbie Jo is amazing. She remembers my order now and we chat and get along famously. She really cares about her customers and is a wonderful server. Love this place and hope to keep going for many years.”

“Sure it’s a little pricey but this is a great example of, you get what you pay for. I love good calamari and from experience I’m very wary of ordering it. Their dusted calamari is the best I’ve had in North America. The accompanying garlic sauce is the best! Again one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere! We come here for special occasions. It starts with wonderful service at the table, a true professional. The chef is second to none. Every morsel of food was perfect. Finishing with kibitzing with our waiter. We have never been disappointed.”
