“The customer service was incredible! I ordered lunches for a meeting we were hosting at our workplace, unfortunately the food service truck was delayed for an unknown reason so they were not able to completely fulfill our order, despite that, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and offered us coupons for free lunches. When I returned on an alternate date to redeem these lunches for my work group she remembered me and was so thankful for my return. The customer service was top notch! We will continue to order form Swiss chalet and Harvey’s for our future meetings!”

“Great little KFC located conveniently on the main street. Parking is limited and can become very congested at peak times. Service depends on who's working. If you go and you have more experienced staff working they are like a well oiled machine and service is prompt and efficient even when it's busy. But if you go when all the part time staff are working then it can take some time to get your order.”

“I don't typically eat here. We decided to stop in for something different. We arrived about an hour or so before close. The restaurant was slow during this time. The food took a little bit longer as they were making it fresh. Which was not an issue at all. I got the mild chicken tenders and my boyfriend got the spicy three piece chicken meal. We both enjoyed them very much. The service was very good. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite. I stated earlier that this was not a place we would typically go to for food. But we are very satisfied by the quality of service and food and we will be back again.”
