    Hubby and I took a drive down to different trails around the area and stopped by the lighthouse to check it out. Not much to see at this time of the year, closed for the season but still a beautiful drive out.

    This is a great place eat and dock! Super friendly staff, and a comfortable welcoming small town feel. I definitely recommend checking it out!

    I like Moyers because of its quick access to the lake. Sturdy docks.though older. No water available at the dock when i was there. Decent depth in the slips.Minimal security, but i felt safe here. Recently reopened restaurant has friendly staff and good food. Property faces the Thames on one side,and a wetland across the cut, so there is lots of wildlife. Slips provide good shelter from waves, making for a quiet nights sleep. I will come back here.

    Wow. Excellent food. Found it totally by chance and was extremely pleased with what we found. Food - a pig roast - was excellent. The waitress was polite - the portions were more than expected, and the food was above expectation. Thank you for a lovely, affordable dinner.
